May 17, 2013 – Tom Getz and his fellow co-workers are all D1 athletes. Tom, who is 47-years old, was an athlete growing up and played sports through college, but his dedication to fitness slipped. A few months ago, Tom and a couple of his co-workers decided to try D1. Today, they train together as a group every Monday, Wednesday & Friday at noon.
