U.S. Soldier Takes D1 Training to Afghanistan
April 1, 2013 – Dedicated D1 Savannah member, Jason Weynand, has continued his D1 training after being deployed to Afghanistan. The below photo was taken of the Third Sustainment Brigade Soldiers deployed to Afghanistan out of Fort Stewart taking a break after completing a training session consisting of:
– Completing 20 Burpees in 2 minutes, with the remainder of the time complete ball slams with 20lb Med ball
– Row 1 Mile
– 100 Kettlebell Swings with 53lbs
– 20 Toes to Bar
