Regan Sperling – D1 Little Rock Character Athlete of the Month
October 29, 2013 – Regan is a freshman at North Little Rock High School. She is 15 years old and plays competitive softball. She started training at D1 in May, and has made huge strides in her strength and speed. She is very dedicated to her athleticism and has recently stopped all other sports and activites to focus on getting ready for this years softball season.
Coach Ben describes her as disciplined, consistent, and hard working. “she has a great attitude, and is always looking to do more.” “regan shows up at 6am every friday morning to make sure she gets her training in”. She just recently PR’d in both her Power Clean and Deadlift. At 15years old and 115 lbs., she is power cleaning her body weight and deadlifting over 200 lbs. Shes a stud!
