Mike Foth – D1 Columbus Character Athlete of the Month

October 31, 2013 – Mike Foth is undoubtedly one of our fittest members at D1 Columbus (or any D1). He’s a perfect example of self-discipline because health and fitness are Mike’s lifestyle. His dedication to his diet and daily strength and conditioning are clearly visible in his shredded physique! Mike has great self-discipline and an awesome attitude making him an inspiration to other members.
