Michelle Mchugh – D1 Birmingham Character Athlete of the Month

January 23, 2013 – Michelle always respects the coaches time, her workout time, the workouts of all the coaches, and is very respectful to all her fellow class members.  She makes it a point to talk to new members and encourage them and has referred many friends and family to D1 since she became a member.  She treats everyone with respect and has earned our respect with her effort and attitude that she brings with her every day to D1.
