Lauren King – D1 Nashville Character Athlete of the Month
October 31, 2013 – The D1 Nashville Character Athlete of the Month for September is Developmental Athlete Lauren King. Lauren is a staple at D1 and can be seen in Coach Kevin’s class almost daily. She is a shining example of the Character Word of the Month, Self-Discipline, by always keeping her head in the game. Often times when the drills get tough, Lauren stays focused even with her body language to exude confidence and not to show opponents any sign of fatigue. She always finds a way to preserver through every, staying disciplined to be attentive to the details and takes great pride in her work. Congrats, Lauren!
