January 17, 2013 – We are getting close to having our basketball training court completed! We need to let the paint dry, paint the two support beams, and give it one good mopping. For those of you who don’t know, we will be giving basketball lessons here at D1 BG starting this Sunday, January 20th. Ty Rogers, former WKU basketball star and ESPY winner, will be conducting small-group and individual lessons for boys and girls ages 7-18.
Ty first picked up a basketball when he was 3, and has been involved every since. The ESPY he won was for his spectacular buzzer-beating 3 pointer which helped WKU beat Drake. Each session at D1 is limited to four participants, so call today to reserve your spot! Times available are Wednesdays and Sundays from 4:30-5:30pm and 5:30-6:30pm.
