Raygan Rogers – D1 Chattanooga Character Athlete of the Month
October 29, 2013 – Raygan Rogers is D1 Chattanooga’s Character Athlete of the Month. The word of the month is DISCIPLINE. Raygan is a 5th grader at Grace Academy where she plays basketball. Last February her team came in 1st place in the ISC championship. The team was also named “Best in the League”! Raygan also plays volleyball and runs track.
Although Raygan is only 10 years old she was adamant about moving up to the 12-14 Developmental class. She can keep up with all of the kids in the class and it’s obvious she enjoys it. We see Raygan every day at D1 ready to work out. It shows a lot of self DISCIPLINE to come here every day and Raygan does it with a great attitude.
