Rheannon works out in our 11am bootcamp. She always comes in with a fearless attitude, willing to try anything! Rheannon is a great inspiration to the other athletes in the class.
Rheannon states:
I workout for Health reasons. I sleep a lot better when I am training. I of course want to look my best as well. I love the way it makes me feel on a daily basis. I choose D1 because of the variety and the people. D1 always pushes me to be my best. The only thing I don’t like is the turf getting in my pants. The facility is beautiful!
