Leslie Wentzel -D1 Green Bay Character Athlete of The Month
April 5, 2013 – “Leslie Wentzel was unanimously nominated by the D1 staff as D1 Green Bay’s Character Athlete of the month for Determination! Her and her family have been D1 members since the end of October. Leslie trains with us 4-5 times a week doing Adult D1 Strength and Bootcamp; most of the time back to back!! She always shows up determined, ready and willing to train; she pushes herself to her limit! Outside of D1, she is also very determined to be her best! As a mother, she homeschools all 3 of her children as well as they have a small apiary of 5 bee hives in which she has brought their honey to our staff! She truly defines determination! ”
